Plexiform neurofibroma

I am looking for advice on how to handle a plexiform neurofibroma in a fairly classic NF1 patient.

The girl is complaining of ptosis and worsening vision in her right eye although she says that this eyelid has been abnormal essentially all of her life.

The mass is segmented on the palpebral conjunctival side.

Wanted to share the update of this case.

I operated on this patient today and did basically a lateral wedge of the most redundant portion of the lid. I did not try to remove all of the mass in the more nasal portion of upper lid. I will try to post some photos of the postoperative course and result.
